Full Registration fee includes admission to all meeting functions, Welcome Reception, Friday Dinner, Saturday Gala Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast. Friday Only Registration fee includes admission to meeting functions on Friday, Welcome Reception and Friday Dinner. Saturday Only Registration fee includes admission to meeting functions on Saturday, Saturday Gala Dinner and Sunday Breakfast.

CHILDREN: No charge under 10,  11 and over $50.  Aadmission only to all Breakfasts, all Lunches and Friday Night Dinner.  Children not allowed in meeting functions and at the Gala Dinner.

Golf Tournament Fees:

The CSTA Horizons ETFs Golf Tourney will be taking place on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at The Marshes Golf Club in Ottawa, ON.  Golf starts promplty at 1:30pm. Shuttle buses will transport golfers to the golf course  Time and details to follow. ONLY REGISTERED ATTENDEES CAN PLAY GOLF! Registrants will receive confirmation of their status as a participant.

Golf Tournament Fees:  $200.00 (includes boxed lunch, golf cart rental and all taxes).

V.I.P. golf club rental sets are available for $50.00 a set plus applicable taxes.  Please contact the golf course  (613-271-3370) at least two (2) weeks prior to tournament.
