The Westin Ottawa is a newly renovated downtown Ottawa hotel offering an ideal haven for relaxation in the heart of Canada's capital. Heighten your senses with panoramic views at this hotel near Parliament Hill and the scenic Rideau Canal, or inspire yourself with historic sights and world-class shopping at the adjoining Rideau Centre Shopping mall. A block of rooms have been secured for our conference attendees at the WESTIN OTTAWA, OTTAWA, ON.  Once you have completed your registration you will be directed to the hotel reservations to book your room.   

PLEASE NOTE THAT ROOMS ARE LIMITED AND WILL BE HANDLED ON A "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED" BASIS. Reservations must be made by July 25, 2011 and guaranteed by  deposit or credit card to ensure the group rate.   DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:  Guests may cancel their reservation up until 4 pm on the day of arrival without penalty.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE: $20.00 per person

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:  An early departure fee of $100.00 will be applied to the individual if the attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
